First session: Managing stress and fatigue
When: Tuesday 17 November 2026, 7:00pm NZDT (5:00pm AEDT), 90 minutes
Where: Live on Zoom
Guest speaker: Dr Nicola (Nikki) Tugnet, the world's first rheumatologist trained in Yoga MedicineĀ®
On the night:
- Pip Butterworth opens with a short grounding breathing exercise and check-in
- Nikki leads an interactive talk with practical strategies and yoga breathing techniques you can use at home, plus your questions
- Dr Ravi Suppiah closes with open Q&A and alumni updates
